Yes — this is for guys who want to train like athletes, whether you’re playing sports or just want to move better.
What equipment do I need?
Ideally a barbell, dumbbells, and space to sprint/jump — I’ll tailor it to what you have. I coached Calisthenics for over 3+ years so I can tailor it to just a pull up bar!
How long are the workouts?
Most sessions are 45–60 mins, 3–5x/week depending on your goal.
